TERMS OF SERVICE — CELEB DEEP

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Celeb Deep, located at https://celebdeep.com, and any related pages, features, content, services, and functionality made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.
1. Adult Content; Eligibility; User Responsibility
The Site is intended only for adults. By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
The Site contains sexually explicit adult-oriented material. You acknowledge that you are choosing to access adult content voluntarily and that it is your responsibility to ensure that accessing, viewing, or using the Site is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

The Site is committed to non-deceptive presentation of synthetic media. AI-generated or fictional content should not be understood as depicting real events, real private conduct, or actual sexual activity involving any real person.
Names, categories, tags, labels, titles, descriptions, or references appearing on the Site may be used for purposes such as indexing, search, commentary, parody, fantasy, satire, categorization, or user navigation. Such references do not mean that any person has appeared in, participated in, endorsed, approved, authorized, sponsored, or is otherwise connected with the content.
No content on the Site should be interpreted as a factual claim about any real person’s conduct, character, private life, sexual activity, preferences, or consent.
3. Non-Deception and User Acknowledgments
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) content available through the Site may be synthetic, fictional, AI-generated, AI-assisted, or digitally altered;
(b) the Site does not claim that synthetic adult content depicts real sexual conduct by any real person;
(c) you will not download, share, repost, describe, frame, or use any content from the Site in a way that falsely suggests it is real, authentic, verified, documentary, leaked, hacked, recorded, or otherwise non-fictional;
(d) you will not use content from the Site to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, deceive, exploit, or abuse any person;
(e) you will not remove, obscure, alter, or misrepresent any labeling, context, disclaimer, or other notice indicating that content is synthetic, fictional, AI-generated, AI-assisted, or digitally altered; and
(f) you understand that misuse of synthetic media can cause harm and may violate applicable law.
4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
As a condition of using the Site, you agree that you will not:
(a) use the Site for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;
(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, databases, accounts, systems, security controls, or related infrastructure;
(c) interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system without authorization;
(d) use bots, scrapers, crawlers, data-mining tools, automated scripts, or similar methods to access, copy, extract, index, harvest, or reproduce content from the Site without prior written permission;
(e) copy, redistribute, rehost, resell, sublicense, upload, publish, or otherwise exploit Site content on any other website, platform, file-sharing service, social media service, database, archive, or commercial service without authorization;
(f) use the Site or its content to create, promote, or distribute misleading claims about any real person;
(g) use the Site or its content to harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, shame, blackmail, impersonate, or otherwise target any person;
(h) submit, upload, request, promote, search for, describe, or attempt to obtain content involving minors in any sexual, intimate, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive context;
(i) attempt to bypass age controls, access restrictions, security measures, rate limits, content controls, or technical safeguards;
(j) introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, harmful code, or other malicious material; or
(k) encourage, assist, or enable any third party to do any of the foregoing.
5. User-Submitted Content
Where the Site allows users to submit, upload, post, transmit, generate, describe, request, or otherwise provide content, prompts, text, data, metadata, files, links, or other material (“User Content”), you are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of submitting or making it available.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority necessary to submit your User Content and to grant the rights described in these Terms.
You must not submit User Content that:
(a) is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, deceptive, or otherwise harmful;
(b) infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, contractual right, or other right of any person or entity;
(c) contains or promotes malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, or other harmful activity;
(d) depicts, describes, requests, promotes, or sexualizes minors in any way;
(e) falsely presents synthetic, AI-generated, AI-assisted, fictional, or digitally altered material as real, authentic, leaked, recorded, verified, or documentary; or
(f) is intended to harass, humiliate, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or deceive any person.
The Operator may remove, restrict, label, moderate, reclassify, disable, or refuse to display User Content at any time, with or without notice, where the Operator considers such action appropriate for legal, safety, operational, moderation, platform-integrity, or policy reasons.
6. License to User Content
By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, format, transmit, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Site.
This license includes the right to make technical changes to User Content, such as resizing, formatting, transcoding, compressing, creating previews or thumbnails, generating metadata, applying labels, or adapting content for display across devices.
You retain whatever rights you may have in your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
7. Platform Role and Content Moderation
The Operator provides website functionality, hosting infrastructure, content organization, labeling, search, navigation, moderation tools, and related technical services.
The Operator may organize, categorize, rank, label, display, restrict, or moderate content for usability, safety, legal, operational, or policy reasons. These actions do not mean that the Operator adopts every item of User Content as its own statement, verifies every claim associated with User Content, or guarantees the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of all content available through the Site.
The Operator may enforce these Terms in its discretion, but does not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before publication or that all content will remain available.
8. Intellectual Property; Fair Use and Transformative Context
The Site respects intellectual property rights. Some content, labels, titles, descriptions, references, categories, or user-submitted material may involve public figures, popular culture, fictionalization, satire, parody, commentary, transformative expression, or other legally relevant context.
Where applicable, the Operator may rely on copyright limitations and defenses, including fair use or similar doctrines recognized under applicable law. Fair use and related doctrines are context-specific and depend on the facts of each use. Nothing in these Terms should be read as a blanket claim that every item of content is protected in every jurisdiction or under every legal theory.
The Site does not claim ownership of third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to others. References to names, brands, public figures, studios, platforms, media properties, or other third parties are used for identification, categorization, commentary, fictionalization, search, or descriptive purposes only, unless otherwise stated.

Since Celeb Deep was launched , we have removed certain categories and all videos included in them at the request of some celebrities or their representatives. We fully comply with such requests, and we take it very seriously when celebrities don’t want to be included on the website.
Celebrities and models who want to be excluded from the website may contact us, and we will remove the relevant links and categories within 24 hours.
Minor content is strictly prohibited and will be promptly reported to relevant authorities.
13. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Site may involve the collection and processing of certain technical, usage, device, analytics, or account-related information. Such processing is governed by the Site’s Privacy Policy, where applicable.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand that technical operation of the Site may require processing of data such as IP address, device information, browser information, cookies, log data, and usage activity.
14. Availability and Changes to the Site
The Operator may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of the Site or any content available through it at any time, with or without notice.

18. Termination and Restriction of Access
The Operator may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if the Operator believes that you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Site or others, or used the Site in a harmful, abusive, unlawful, automated, or unauthorized manner.
The Operator may also restrict access by IP address, region, account, device, user agent, network, or other technical means where appropriate for security, legal, operational, or moderation reasons.

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
